We recognize the identified bottlenecks, they have regularly been part of the monthly progress talks between OP and HR director and between OR and the policy officer(s) involved. Faculties have invested on three themes: Personal Professional Development, Innovation Capacity and Personalized Learning through online education. Covid 19 has effected each these themes equally. M 8.035 has been effected in order to get the education online. Changed investments concern: course content, assessment and student support. Main goals of projects have not been changed however.
